What’s Working on Wednesday

What’s working today is pretty dreary weather which I guess is good. It’s good for the garden and gives me no excuse for not sewing.

DD came home from school on Saturday. On Sunday we went out for brunch at an Indian restaurant we found on our trip to New Hope Pa. The food was excellent!

I’ve been working on my quilt for Hands 2 Help. I’m using Spring House by Stephanie Ryan for Moda and Moda muslin.

On Friday I spent some time cleaning off my cutting table, yikes! I also added a row to this scrap quilt I hope to have finished soon. Let me just say leaders and enders really came in handy with this project.

I’m linking up with WIPs and Whatnot and WIP Wednesday.

What a wonderful scrappy quilt! This weather is perfect for sewing, but unfortunately, I've not been home to do it! :(

I love the look of the Spring House - yum! You just can't go wrong with a 9-patch, super.

Spring House is pretty and happy fabric. It's amazing how such a simple block and be set so many ways to achieve different designs.

Oh Char!
We just got back from the trip to Williamsburg; we had a great time! So, you've been doing some nice work over here. You most definitely are taking full advantage of the "Spring" color scheme in all you are working on and everything looks fabulous! You will have some lovely items...really like the shawl!
