Scrap Happy Saturday

Well I must say that not many blue scraps were sewn up this week. I finally got a new rotary cutter on Friday afternoon. I used my coupons at Joann.

Don’t know how that red and white stripe fabric got in my cart!

Anyway, I did get a chance to make two blocks last night just to see if the rotary cutter was working. They are 5 inch blocks.

Go check out what others are doing with their scraps this week @ RSC2014. I can’t wait to see what next month’s color will be!

Two blocks sewn is better than no blocks sewn. Looks like your new cutter works great.

Nice new cutter! Great blocks : )
Beautiful cowl in your last post. Did you use circular needles?

Well your rotary cutter aided you in making perfectly adorable little blocks. Amazing how fabric jumps in our cart, huh?

Naughty stripy fabric jumping into people's carts. Naughty. He he. Two blocks is good going, better than no blocks.

Love the bitty blocks! That red stripe made its way into my cart too the last time I was at Joann's. It will be perfect for bindings.
