I know it’s near the end of October, but we still have lots of these! And more on the vine! It’s so strange, last year we hardly had any.
Enjoy your weekend!
Pulled out a few Christmas prints to work on a table runner today. I don’t own much Christmas fabric, probably because I’m not really fond of the red/green color combination.
I prefer richer reds like claret and burgundy, or lighter like pink and rose. Do you like the traditional red/green Christmas colors?
My sister informed me that I should be ashamed for blogging less instead of more since I became an “empty nester”. So I’m going to try to do better.
I’ve been doing lots of crocheting lately, actually more crocheting than quilting. But that will be changing as I need to get lots of things made for a Christmas fair in the beginning of Dec. I also need to make some things for my Etsy shop.
So this is the first post from the new non procrastinator Charmaine of Clothstitched!
I used my Go Baby! to cut these hst’s for a table runner. The fabric is an old line from Connecting Threads called Jacobean Garden.
And lastly, I want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! to said sister.
Pela turned the BIG 50 on Oct 1st!
Fall table runner made with batik charm pack and organic quilting.
Halloween table runner. The spider web quilting idea not working so well. (just noticed it has the same binding as the header quilt which is pretty old)
Slippers for Morgan, almost finished.
Thank you all for your comments on the “Purging” post. We’re slowly getting things back to normal.
