Remember this quilt? It’s from the pattern I tested for Stephanie at Loft Creations. I’m not usually into solids but I admit I love the way these look. I will be quilting this quilt this week. (I hope the backing arrives on time)
This week you will have a chance to win a copy of this pattern so you can make your very own Confetti quilt. All you need to do is tell me if you prefer to use solids, prints or a mixture of both in your quilting.
As before this giveaway will end on Tuesday Jan. 14, 2014 and I will announce the winner on Jan. 15, 2014. Please remember if you are an Anonymous blogger I will have no way to contact you.
The winner of the Tonga Treats is Barbara Woods. Congratulations!
I am linking up with WIPs on Wednesday and WIP Wednesday. Have a look to see what other’s are working on this week.

Love your quilt in solids. Lots of fun going on in this pattern.
I like to use a mixture of solids and prints in my quilts to make them bright, colorful, happy, and scrappy.
This came out wonderful! It depends on the design of the quilt if I use just solids or just prints. If it is a scrappy one then I will use both!
Didn't this come out so wonderfully! Such a difference from the cover quilt. I mix usually, but sometimes a block/pattern works better with just a print or just a solid.
Thanks for hosting such a fun give away! This is such a happy quilt with lots of movement! Hope the backing comes today! Can't wait to see how you quilt it!
Love scrappy prints and a solid "sat" on this pattern would be fun!
It's a beautiful quilt top and I'm sure it qill quilt up nicely, too. I use a mix of prints and solids and blenders
I love a mix of both, thanks
I have made one all solid quilt and I absolutely love the way it turned out. I usually use a combination of both solids and prints.
I wouldn't have picked that you used that pattern for the quilt! It looks great, I haven't worked much with solids but like how they are in your quilt.

I think this pattern works well in either or both. I think for me, depending on how big I think it would be fun to do the star bits in rainbow (either solid or print to look solid). Very fun quilt.
I usually use prints, but I am starting to use more solids in quilts.
Oooh... I do love a quilt all in solids! Yours is lovely!
Congratulations Barbara!
I love a quilt with both solids and prints. I have never done a quilt with just solids.
I'd love to make this quilt in solids!!
What a gorgeous quilt! I like both. For a long time I never used solids and now I keep thinking look what I was missing all this time!
I love your quilt! It doesn't look like the cover at all. Since I have started dyeing my own fabrics I am using and liking them more!
Your quilt is pretty but I always prefer to make quilts with prints. I just love the variety.
I've only done one quilt in all solids, and I do think it's my favorite. I love the confetti design in solids.
I like prints and blenders mostly, but have used a few solids. One of my designs requires solids. I need to do more. They can be fun!
I've never done a whole quilt in solids, but yours is so pretty that it could inspire me to give it a whirl!
Your quilt colors look bright and happy! I use prints and solids, and love to combine both - it just depends on the specific quilt.
Love your quilt! I have never done a quilt using solids only, perhaps one day I'll give it a try. Usually I don't use much solids, but sometimes a quilt calls for it as a mix together with other fabrics.
Thanks for the chance to win!
That's very bright and fun! I like to use prints mostly, but a nice solid can really make an impact!
