I worked on my polka dot quilt made with Spot On fabric most of the day on Saturday. I found a small white on white polka dot to use in the side and corner triangles. I love setting blocks on point. The thing I don’t like is figuring out the measurements for the triangles. That’s why I use this book for reference. Or this book by Fons and Porter.
I also worked these Leaders and Enders in while piecing the rows of my quilt. They are additional blocks for an idea I started for last years Rainbow Scrap Challenge.
On Friday I also finished the borders on the pink and green Riley Blake quilt. I’d like to get it quilted this week.
In the evenings I have been testing a crocheted shawl pattern for a designer on Ravelry.
And one last thing, I am so happy today is the first day of Spring. I’m really sick of the ugly dark pictures I’ve had to post because we can’t seem to find the sun! So HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SPRING!!!!!!
I am linking up with WIPs and Whatnot on Quiltsy and WIP Wednesday.
