Making Things

Although I should be finishing up my 3rd WIP of the year I've actually only finished 1 1/2! (yes I'm still making coiled rope bowls)
The quilt top I finally finished is from 2011. I remember when I put it away it just wasn't coming out like I'd envisioned it. When I took it out to work on it last week I decided to just nix the solids I was going to use and make it a small table topper.

I also started a new table runner with one of my all time favorite color combinations, coral and khaki. These fabrics are from Riley Blake.

On the crochet front, I've finished Lady Rosamund and Give Into Fall. Both of these shawls just need to be blocked.

And of course here are the bowls!

After missing the sign up date last year for Hands 2 Help I was sure not to do the same thing this year. If you are interested click the icon on the right side of the page at the top.

I think you have some nice finishes here. What a variety! The Riley Blake fabric is an interesting color. Perhaps that's because of the photo, but it looks like a brown-gray. And your crocheted pieces are nice. Are they for you to wear? Your bowls are wonderful. You're selling them, aren't you? Good job on everything! You're talented.
