Some of you may remember this little guy from this post last year.
Well with a little TLC he’s a new man this year and he was very happy to join the others! Check out his new look.

So sweet - I have a lot of nutcrackers, too - some of them could use some TLC - next years project, maybe the grandsons would love to help as they love playing with them (they call them robots).

My 6 yr old asked for a nutcracker for Christmas, and got one in his stocking. He takes the thing everywhere and talks to him like a friend. To each his own...
